As a change management professional, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop GEOINT Certifications that achieve NCCA accreditation. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience advising clients of ethical and legal standards and risks for employee selection and psycho met ric assessment
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining compliance with third-party bodies such as the Institute for Credentialing Excellence and National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA)
- 3+ years of experience designing and constructing legally defensible test instruments, including subject matter expert training, item development workshop facilitation, and standard-setting panel administration
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
