As an Intelligence Analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand threats to the company. You'll bring open-source expertise and understanding of various collection platforms as you explore new data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including open-source intelligence ( OSINT ) . This is a chance to further define your expertise, develop new skills in OSINT and intelligence writing, and contribute your skills with other analysts. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 2+ years of experience with open-source intelligence, research, or investigations
- Experience c ond ucting advanced internet-based research using Boolean logic, various online databases, and so cia l media or so cia l networking tools
- Experience with information discovery tools, including Dataminr, TLOxp, and LexisNexis
- Experience summarizing open-source data into various finished written intelligence products
- Ability to quickly process and organize large amounts of information, and identify and assess items of greatest importance
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Psychology, Intelligence Studies, Terror ism Studies, International Relations, History, or Government Studies
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with data science, coding, or programming
- Knowledge of geopolitical topics and emerging threats
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language
- Master's degree in Intelligence Studies, Terror ism Studies, or a related field
