Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol-Driver Clearance Required in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at an aero and defense location as an armed, driving patrol officer, supporting a professional team that is agile, reliable, and innovative. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to reports with clear communication and integrity. You will also complete detailed reports, coordinate with site contacts, and deliver a people-first experience through helpful customer service.

Must hav a valid drivers license

Must be 21+ years old - Weekly Pay

Must be able to obtain and retain a secret clearance

1+ years of law enforcement or military experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at an aero and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct armed access control and perimeter monitoring, including verifying credentials, inspecting deliveries and/or vehicles as required by post orders, and documenting findings.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and supporting local responders per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related hazards.
• Complete accurate, timely reports and logs, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts using approved channels and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience or 2+ years' security supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years' security experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
