Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talentedSenior Data Analyst (Financial Data & Automation Analyst ) to join our team! In this role you will get to automate reporting, analyze AR and unbilled data, and deliver real-time insights.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Automating & developing real-time dashboards and performance data models (Power BI / Excel)
- Performing deep dive analysis on AR and unbilled positions
- Extracting, structuring, and validating large financial datasets
- Tracking aging, DSO, and collection performance indicators
- Producing precise insights for leadership reviews and decisions
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- With 4 + years of experience
- Strong financial data analysis capability
- Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, advanced formulas, data models)
- Power BI development experience (visuals, measures, DAX)
- Ability to build automated reporting workflows and dashboards
- Hands on experience cleaning, transforming, and validating large datasets
- Understanding of AR, unbilled, aging, and DSO metrics
- Familiarity with ETL logic and structured data handling
- High accuracy, fast execution, and strong problem solving mindset
