As a Operations Integration and Test SME with MTSI you will support a Program Office with analyzing, planning, coordinating and communicating of operational integration and testing of advanced capabilities as part of an Integrated Product Team.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
- Responsible for programmatic and technical functions pertaining to organizing, training and equipping operational warfighters.
- Enable program acquisition activities and system operational integration and test activities by leading strategy development, documentation generation, contract execution, risk management and program oversight for highly complex command and control systems involving all-domain activity orchestration.
Required Qualifications:
- 14 + years' of experience in space operations, tactical planning for unit level organizations and strategic level integration of capabilities.
- Strong strategic, critical things and communication skills.
- Experience with battle management and command and control systems.
Desired Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience working with all military services.
- Developing major defense weapon system concepts of operation and concepts of employment.
- Experience with warfighter operational training and exercises.
Minimum Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) required
- Masters Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) desired
Clearance Requirements:
- Top Secret, SCI Eligible; SAP experience within last 5 years or SCI in lieu of.
