Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in data science or related field.
- Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-oriented personality.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in data science or related fields.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
- Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, AWS Sagemaker, etc.
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc.
- Good scripting and programming skills: Python, PySpark, Scala, R., etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableu, etc.
- Experience with AWS Data Warehousing: AWS RDS (PostgreSQL), Redshift.
- Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Amazon DynamoDB.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of the use of ontologies to express business data patterns.
- Graph database knowledge .
