Responsibilities:
RMF & Accreditation Support
- Support development, maintenance, and submission of RMF artifacts in eMASS and XACTA (e.g., SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, CMPs, contingency plans) to achieve and sustain ATOs, ATCs, and IATTs for OPIR TAP Lab, BGIF, and OBAC enclaves.
- Assist the Government ISSM/ISSO team in assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring activities in accordance with DoDI 8510.01 and applicable NIST 800-series guidance.
Continuous Monitoring & Vulnerability Management
- Perform and support continuous monitoring activities including ACAS scanning, SCAP compliance, configuration compliance reviews, and coordination of adversary emulation or red/blue team events.
- Track, report, and support remediation of vulnerabilities, ensuring high-risk findings are mitigated within Government-directed timelines.
Security Engineering & DevSecOps Enablement
- Ensure cybersecurity controls are integrated into OPIR TAP Lab DevSecOps pipelines and Secure Software Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC), including software assurance, code scanning, and STIG compliance.
- Support cloud and hybrid-cloud security implementations, including FedRAMP-aligned controls and enclave interconnections, as directed by the Government.
Qualifications
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- CompTIA Security Plus certification
Required Experience:
- Cybersecurity & RMF Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community systems under the Risk Management Framework (RMF), including hands-on experience with ATO packages and continuous monitoring.
- Security Tools & Platforms
- Demonstrated experience using eMASS and/or XACTA, ACAS, vulnerability scanning tools, and implementing NIST 800-53 security controls in classified environments.
- Classified Mission Environment
- Experience supporting Secret and/or TS/SCI systems, including secure facilities, multiple enclaves, and operational or RDT&E mission systems.
- Familiarity with handling CUI, classified data, and compliance with SCGs, DD Form 254s, and facility security procedures.
