About This Role
We're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to expand AI/ML architecture and develop analytics user interfaces. You'll bridge research output to operational teams by packaging models as reliable services, creating operator-focused dashboards, and delivering stable, low-cost production platforms that enable rapid, tailored outreach.
Compensation
$180,000 - $280,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Expand the Sponsor's Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) architecture and develop analytics user interfaces (UI)
Bridge research output to operational teams by packaging models as reliable services
Create operator-focused dashboards
Deliver stable, low-cost production platforms that enable rapid, tailored outreach
Provide weekly highlights summarizing work progress as required by the Sponsor
Provide briefings, to include presentation slides and user guide documentation, as required by the Sponsor
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph
Demonstrated experience in cloud compute environments
Demonstrated experience in containerization concepts
Demonstrated experience in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)
Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, cloud architecture, and UI design
Demonstrated experience supporting big data environments
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with technical and non-technical personnel as well as all levels of management and staff
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience with proficiency in Python and SQL
Demonstrated experience with Docker
Demonstrated experience with Flask, Gradio, or Streamlit
