TS/SCI Systems Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a secret cleared TS/SCI Systems Engineerto join a premier federal contracting company based out of El Segundo, CA. The secret cleared TS/SCI Systems Engineeris responsible for providing technical leadership in systems engineering, customer deployment, secure system lifecycle management, automation and scripting (PowerShell/Python), and onsite support within a classified environment.

Responsibilities of the secret cleared TS/SCI Systems Engineer include:

• Deliver hands-on technical support to customers, lead system design and development efforts, and produce all required engineering artifacts.
• Apply systems engineering principles across deployment, implementation, sustainment, documentation, and reporting while presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Leverage broad technical expertise-including distributed systems, automation/orchestration tools, DevSecOps practices, security best-practices, and scripting with PowerShell and Python-to ensure secure, reliable system lifecycles.
• Provide leadership in prioritization, Agile workflow management, and configuration management, with required onsite support in a classified environment.

Qualifications for the TS/SCI Systems Engineer:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly
• IAT I certification required
• Experience supporting C2 command and control or joint HQ techncial implementation/builds
• Bachelor's degree is required

Compensation for the TS/SCI Systems Engineer :

• Pay Rate: $180,000 - $210,000 salary *depending on experience and education*
