Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
This position is a Subcontract Management (SM) Sr. for the Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2) - Line of Business, and Multi-Domain Combat Solutions (MDCS) Market Segment. This role is in support of the Aegis Guam and NGCS Programs.
THE WORK
o Responsibilities will include managing our major subcontractors and engineering service subcontractors while reporting performance in Performance Measurements Manager (PMM) monthly.
o Supporting proposal activities, lead internal/external audits with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and clear, and provide timely status updates to Program Management, senior leadership, and external partners, ensuring alignment on schedule, cost, and technical deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:
o Previous Supply Chain experience
o US DoD industry experience
o Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
o Working understanding of FAR/DFAR requirements and/or LMAP (Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures)
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
o Strong Project/Program management experience and ability to execute complex project which may require customer engagement.
o Experience with Cost Plus and Time & Material (T&M) contracts
o Proven negotiation skills
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to
meet program/customer needs
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where
adapting to change quickly is essential
o Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
o Proven, exceptional strategic communication skills,

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
