Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• High School diploma, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with additional
specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks.
• Must have an Interim Secret clearance prior to start, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environments.
• Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting a Lockheed Martin contract.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $44,900 - $79,005. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products following work instruction and drawings.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly process/work instructions and work instruction processes.
- Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Sets up and operates any type of precision machine tool to make original parts, tools, mechanisms.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes.
- Collaborate with teams members to improve throughput and continuous improvement.
