We are experiencing growth and seeking a Datalink Engineer to support a development program at our sunny Orlando site.
What You Will Be Doing
This engineer will be responsible for the design and implementation of the system's array assembly RF communication interface, with support from other varied skillsets across Software and Hardware engineering.
This effort will also involve RF signal processing work associated with digital beamforming on transmit and receive as well as other varied algorithms supporting electronic self-protect features.
Major tasks include requirements development, interface definition, waveform design and implementation, support to embedded software and firmware development and support to test activities both locally and potentially offsite. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications protocols, link analysis and optimization, signal processing, and RF hardware verification.

Basic Qualifications:
BS degree in STEM, prefer BSEE, and 8+ years of experience.
RF development experience.
RF hardware experience: communications protocols, link analysis and optimization, and RF hardware verification.
Experience leading Design Assurance reviews.
Strong understanding of RF systems and integration.
Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline engineering teams.
Antenna level verification testing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to support travel to supplier.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance - US Citizenship required (No Dual Citizenships)
Demonstrated team leadership
Cost Account Management experience
Desired Skills:
Masters in Electrical Engineering (MSEE Degree)
Active DOD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
