EUCOM Telecommunications Officer (TCO) Services Support - Senior Technician

Interagency C5I (iC5I) is seeking a highly experienced Telecommunications Officer (TCO) Senior Technician to support U.S. European Command (EUCOM) mobile and Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) operations. This role supports enterprise-level secure mobility, classified communications, and mission-critical connectivity for senior leaders and operational users.
You will work directly with EUCOM leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver, manage, and sustain secure mobile and CSfC capabilities across NIPR, SIPR, and Top Secret environments.
What You'll Do
Manage and track secure mobile and CSfC devices for EUCOM users
Coordinate and deploy:
NIPR Cellular (DMUC)
SIPR Cellular (DMCC-S)
Top Secret Cellular (DMCC-TS)
CSfC solutions (DAR, EVERFOX, SecureView, Flagship, NTE)
Provision, configure, and maintain secure smartphones, tablets, and CSfC platforms
Manage Apple Business Manager, Ivanti MobileIron, DISA Storefront (DSF), and entitlements
Coordinate with DISA, 52d Signal Battalion, and ELITE mobility teams
Track device inventories, lifecycle refresh, and allocations by directorate
Open and manage DISA Global Service Desk tickets
Produce CONOPs, Analysis of Alternatives, and status reports
Support executive users and conduct issue resolution and after-action reviews
Participate as a senior SME on enterprise secure mobility and CSfC solutions
Required Qualifications
Active Secret Clearance
15+ years of relevant experience
(Bachelor's degree may substitute for 5+ years)
DoD 8140 compliant certification (Security+ or higher)
Hands-on experience with:
CSfC technologies
Apple and Samsung mobile devices
Apple Business Manager & mobile account management
Strong knowledge of:
Network and system security principles
DISA STIGs and DoD mobility policies
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with experience tracking devices, entitlements, and licenses
