Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05/10 grade level or (NO-02) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Providing administrative services for the Division including personnel, budget, and procurement management; 2) Using directives management systems to gather, assemble and analyze data and propose recommendations; 3) Formulating, managing, tracking, and analyzing budgets; and 4) Performing studies and analyses of administrative policies and practices.

Help
- You will provide budgetary, managerial, administrative, and analytical support concerning the duties, interests, and activities of the Directorate.
- You will represent the ADOR on special assignments requiring continuing efforts to resolve.
- You will use various budget tracking systems such as ERP and IMPS to establish and maintain databases.
- You will manage and maintain fiscal and program records for the Directorate's Science and Technology programs and provides clear-cut factual information for program audits.
- You will serve as a focal point for maintaining Directorate-wide personnel statistics.
- You will provide summary materials for various high-level briefings by the ADOR to the Commanding Officer/Director of Research, the Chief of Naval Research, and Navy/Defense senior officials.
