Qualifications
For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer in the administration of security service contracts providing subject matter expert (SME) technical direction with respect to the specification and monitoring the performance of work under the contract; 2) Reviewing, verifying, endorsing, and approving installation-level reports, plans, and incoming and outgoing correspondence relating to the Performance Assessment Program; 3) Reporting potential performance problems and providing input for the preparation of contractor/service provider Performance Assessment Reporting System performance reports; AND 4) Tailoring, administering, and executing Performance Assessment Plans for security service contracts.

GS-11:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
or
Obtained an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience
GS-09:
Successful completion of a Masters or equivalent graduate degree
or
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Masters or equivalent degree
or
Obtained an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled.
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

This position is part of the Department of Defense (DoD) Security Professional Educational Development (SPeD) certification program. The selectee is required to obtain Physical Security Certification (PSC) within two years of placement in the position and maintain the certification as long as they remain in the position.

- You will monitor personnel to verify security and administrative duties are performed.
- You will perform periodic reviews and inspections of contractor facilities and associated personnel records to assess protection against espionage and control of classified material.
- You will resolve problems regarding Anti-Terrorism Programs to eliminate potential threats against the Agency's mission.
- You will analyze data to develop reports that identify system vulnerability and actions taken to resolve the issues.
- You will suggest solutions to problems related to Loss Prevention.
