Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and fast-paced Presentation Specialist to support a government research and engineering program. This role focuses on PowerPoint and document production, knowledge management, and administrative support—not traditional graphic design.
The ideal candidate is extremely proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Microsoft PowerPoint), comfortable working under tight deadlines, and able to quickly format, edit, and standardize technical and leadership-facing materials.
Responsibilities:
-Slide masters, templates, layouts, and formatting
-Ensuring consistency, clarity, and professional appearance
-Maintain and manage program documentation and knowledge repositories
-Support data organization and basic analysis efforts
--Quickly respond to short-deadline and high-priority requests
Ensure deliverables meet government and program quality standards
Requirements:
-Active Top Secret (TS) clearance
-Must be located in or able to work in the DMV area
-Strong slide editing and formatting skills
-Experience with slide masters and templates
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Understanding of basic design principles within Microsoft products
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
-Background in analysis, administration, or knowledge management
-Familiarity with technical, engineering, or defense programs
-Experience supporting government research or engineering projects
