Summary:

The Technical Operations personnel have extensive number of project responsibilities. Responsibilities are not limited to, but include: 1) Assisting with personnel evaluation, 2) Executing and evaluating project assessments, evaluation and training models for personnel, 3) Providing technical advice on technical and operational development activities, 4) Provide logistical, IT and facility support to enable the successful execution of personnel project assessments, evaluation and training. The Technical Operations personnel participate as part of a team in the execution of project activities from various locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS). Technical Operations personnel are expected to develop their skillset and knowledge to perform project responsibilities with the expectation of increasing responsibility over time. The Technical Operations personnel participate in post-assessment, evaluation and training performance documentation and work continuously to improve and update assessment, evaluation and training modules. In addition, Technical Operations personnel have responsibilities to maintain assessment, evaluation and training facilities, manage logistics for the material required to support project activities and operate and maintain the IT equipment used to support project activities. Job requires significant CONUS travel (multiple trips per month). Technical Operations personnel activities are executed with a focus on protecting project information, operations, locations and personnel.

Duties:

This role performs the following core functions:
  • Provide technical advice on operational development activities
  • Providing research, in depth analysis, and technical advice on telematic vehicles and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with IC partners on evolving telematic technologies, and provide real-time updates to telematic mitigation strategy
  • Support the planning and logistics for scheduled recruitment meetings, assessments, evaluations, and training activities
  • Participate in various project activities in various roles to include candidate recruitment, assessments, evaluations, training, role player participant and facilities support
  • Participate in documenting and presenting results to project team on technical system development, candidate recruitment, assessments, evaluations and training activities
  • Prepare equipment and materials for transport to project facilities
  • Assist with Inventory Management and re-stock consumables used to support candidate assessments, evaluations and training activities
  • Operate and maintain IT equipment at assessment facilities

Required Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph updated within the last five years
  • Over 10 years' experience working with the customer in a classified environment managing equipment, data security and supporting Technical Operations
  • Over 4 years' experience facilitating training and assessment courses
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and written communications skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree
  • Over 3 years' experience with customer program
  • Over 5 years of Technical Targeting experience
  • Security Certificates (e.g. ISSO, System Administrator etc.)
  • Over 4 years' experience in vehicle telematics and mitigation techniques


Travel Qualifications:
  • Ability to support regular domestic travel (approx. 2 - 5 trips per month)
  • Ability to support over 50% of time on TDY
