Duties / Responsibilities:
Implements and operates in-house programs, practices, and procedures for developing optimal utilization of personnel. Designs and administers in-house programs to train all levels of personnel. Position develops tests and visual aids. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Keeps abreast of training and development research: learning theory, motivation theory, and new materials, methods, and techniques. Develops in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments. If required, may use technical experts to assist in training. Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Reviews training systems and learning platform using the ADDIE process.
Provides expert guidance, technical support, and training to management, technical and operational personnel.
Supports development of training capabilities and ensures customer requirements and expectations are met.
Provides support at technical meetings, prepares reports, attends reviews to evaluate and assesses gaps and requirements, evaluates potential solutions.
Assists in the preparation and presentation of briefings, attends meetings as directed, and provides programmatic and technical support and assistance to the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) at time of employment.
Must have been honorably discharged from pervious US military service.
CFDP-IC Common Faculty Development Program - Instructor Course CFDP-IC, and Small Group Instructor Training Course [SGITC] or DOD /Service equivalent program certifications. Must pass on first time attendance if not currently certified.
Six (6) years’ experience as a Tactical Intelligence Officer (35A or 35D), Senior Military Intelligence Warrant Officer, Senior Military Intelligence Non-Commissioned Officer, or an equivalent specialty in another branch of Service or agency.
Deployed within the last ten (10) years in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10.
Graduate of either the US Army CGSC/ILE, MICCC, WOAC, or ALC.
DCGS-A or AIDP experience.
Current knowledge and understanding of Combined, Joint and Army Doctrine, Training Management; knowledge of evolving Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) as well as understanding of current and evolving Threat doctrine; understanding of Army Multi-Domain Operations and Large-Scale Combat Operations.
Complete understanding and application of T2COM training principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Experience in the following skills, Military Map Reading, IPB, Military Symbology, MDMP, and Intelligence Support to Collection, HUMINT operations, Analysis, Asset Management, Targeting and the Intelligence Synchronization process. It is preferred that such experience is no more than 30 months old at time of employment.
