RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate closely with project team members and assist in the execution of project initiatives under guidance from senior staff.
  • Create data visualization of program progress, program health metrics, and risks.
  • Participate in status meetings, contribute to team discussions, and provide essential project management support.
  • Assist in the development and updating of project schedules including tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Support the creation of schedule status reports and key metrics to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Monitor and document the integration of supply chain inputs into the overall project plan.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and readily available for team review.
  • Collaborate closely with mentors and team members to apply your knowledge and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Engage in cross-functional teamwork, interacting with engineers from various disciplines to solve complex challenges.
  • Showcase your work through presentations or project reviews.
  • Participate in social and professional events with fellow interns and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Project Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management program at a four-year accredited university.
  • Basic understanding of scheduling, data visualization, customer service principles, risk management, and cost tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow guidance from experienced project leaders.
  • Must be able to work full time (40 hours per week), on-site in Denver, CO or Long Beach, CA for 12 consecutive weeks.
    • Co-Op Programs will run concurrent with University Semester dates
    • Intern Program will run May - August 2026
  • Must be able to provide own transportation and housing.


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Have completed their Junior and/or Senior year.
  • GPA of 3.5 or above.
  • Passionate about advancing space security and sustainability.
  • Resilient problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management applications (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar) preferred.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) preferred.


COMPENSATION
  • Base Salary: $28/hour
