This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering data center projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and end clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data center construction and infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and internal field teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, owners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and site protocols
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and project closeout activities
- Conduct regular site walks and progress meetings
- Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues
- 5+ years of project management experience in data center, mission-critical, or complex commercial construction
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, fire protection, low voltage, or MEP systems)
- Experience managing projects in live or operational facilities preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
