The Senior Power Platform / SharePoint Online Application Developer is responsible for independently designing, developing, administering, and maintaining high-quality Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. This role serves as a senior technical problem solver for complex, business-critical applications and works closely with stakeholders to modernize legacy systems, improve workflows, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Modernization
- Design, build, and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint Online applications
- Modernize legacy/custom applications for current M365 platforms
- Develop Canvas and model-driven apps, workflows, and integrations
- Analyze requirements and produce detailed technical documentation
- Provide senior expertise in Power Platform and SharePoint Online administration
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues
- Lead or support tenant migrations and modernization initiatives
- Coordinate development efforts within project teams
- Communicate technical solutions clearly with clients and stakeholders
- Produce accurate technical documentation and SOPs
- Support Agile workflows and ticket management processes
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform administration/development
- 5+ years of general application development and maintenance
- SharePoint Online solutions development
- Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse
- Data modeling, UX/UI, and database design
- Independent and team-based technical collaboration
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx
- PowerShell scripting
- SQL stored procedures
- Azure DevOps
- Agile/Scrum (JIRA)
