Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Online Application Developer

Required - US Citizenship / 5+ years PowerPlatform & SharePointDevelopment

A Senior Power Platform/SharePoint Administrator and Developer who is highly proficient in independently maintaining, developing and delivering high quality solutions and applications.
  • Serves as a senior-level problem-solver for intricate, business-critical Power Platform and M365 solutions.
  • Provides expertise in analyzing legacy/custom code, canvas/model-driven apps, complex flows, plugins, and integrations to implement effective fixes with minimal business disruption.
  • Creates and maintains M365 and Power platform applications and solutions (Canvas and model-driven).
  • Provides Senior Expertise with Power Platform administration and SharePoint Online administration.
  • Modernizes applications written in older technologies for new platforms based on requirements.
  • Performs requirements analysis and writes professional, detailed technical documentation.
  • Diagnoses and solves technical issues with existing applications.
  • Provides clear verbal communication with clients, team members and customers on video, phone and in person.
  • Captures clear, concise and accurate technical documentation.


Minimum Qualifications
  • US Citizen with Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5 years+ experience with M365 and Power Platform products administration, development and maintenance.
  • 5 years+ experience in general software application administration, development and maintenance.


Required Experience
  • SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Microsoft 365 Power Platform development, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
  • Data modeling, database/Dataverse design, Web design, UX design.
  • Work independently, in teams and with clients/customers to provide technical and functional knowledge and expertise.
  • Lead role in migrating to M365 tenants.
  • Lead role in problem-solving with ability to collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.


Special Skills/Knowledge
  • Agile Scrum with JIRA.
  • ServiceNow ticket management
  • Co-Authoring in Power Automate.
  • ShareGate
  • Business Analyst Experience.
  • Ability to coordinate and lead development activities among team members in a project setting.
  • SQL Stored Procedures, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPFx Powershell.


Hands-on Experience with the following:
  • M365 Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse.
  • SharePoint Online.
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
  • PowerShell scripts.
  • Requirements gathering and building prototypes.
  • Azure DevOps
  • Strong, independent application development skills contribute significantly to analysis, prototype and design and troubleshooting activities.
  • Project leadership roles, where necessary.
  • Ability to analyze existing architecture.
  • 508 Compliance and UX design.
