What You'll Do:

• Lead and support operational planning, program execution, and project delivery across defense and federal portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve outcomes, and ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage risk, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

What You Bring:

• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).
• 4+ years of experience in operations, program, or project management within federal or DoD settings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software is advantageous
• Familiarity with federal acquisition, contracting, or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work from client's location
• U.S. citizenship required.

Travel Requirements

• Travel per month may be required.
