Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop/RPA).
- RPA Development: Utilize UiPath to build bots that automate repetitive, rule-based tasks across legacy systems and modern web applications.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor automated processes, identify bugs or bottlenecks, and provide timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and Lead Developers to translate user stories into functional automation scripts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in software development, data analysis, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: * Foundational knowledge of Power Automate (Flows, Connectors, Expressions).
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to UiPath (highly preferred).
- Understanding of basic programming logic (if/else, loops, variables) and API integrations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (relevant experience/certifications may be considered).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirements
- Security Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
