TIAG is now hiring a Deputy Project Manager to support our Electronic Security Systems (ESS) team. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on coordination, technical precision, and high-stakes execution. You will be the tactical heart of our operations, ensuring that sophisticated security projects are delivered with excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the installation, design, or engineering of electronic security systems and solutions. An active Secret Clearance will be required to perform this work, so US Citizenship is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate team meetings, schedule critical tasks, and synchronize activities across various departments.
- Support the full planning, execution, and closing phases of low-voltage projects, specifically Access Control (ACS), Video Surveillance (VSS), and Intrusion Detection (IDS).
- Create and maintain project records, track deliverables, and prepare comprehensive status reports for leadership.
- Break down large projects into manageable tasks, delegate responsibilities, and identify the resources needed to succeed.
- Monitor project output for quality, identify process improvements, and contribute to strict cost control measures.
- Serve as the primary communication conduit, keeping clients and internal teams unified and informed.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
- A valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory, as travel may be required.
- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Demonstrated equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the installation, design, or engineering of complex electronic security systems.
- A CAPM or other PMI-offered certification desired. Willingness to accomplish within 12 months of employment.
- A comprehensive understanding of IP-based video surveillance, electronic access control (e.g., Lenel OnGuard, CCURE 9000), and network architecture.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling and budgetary functions.
- The ability to accurately read and interpret technical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and a strong focus on detail and continuous learning.
