Job Description:
iQuasar is seeking a Business Analyst II to support program execution by analyzing objectives and operational/financial data; maintaining and improving reporting/tracking processes (“as-is/to-be”); documenting recurring deliverable requirements; coordinating across stakeholders; and producing monthly reporting work productsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SBS TPoG (75%)
• Own monthly execution cadence: update status trackers, forecasts, and supporting data calls
• Prepare monthly reporting inputs (status, spend/obligation posture, variances, risks/issues)
• Track funding actions end-to-end (PR support/routing, status tracking, follow-through)
• Maintain performance measures and ensure accuracy/traceability of reported data
• Coordinate with PM/COR, finance, and technical team to align inputs and drive closure
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop and support the annual budget
SBS Ops (25%)
• Support Ops funding/admin actions (PR tracking, vendor/support follow-ups, budget formulation)
• Update Ops project trackers and provide ad hoc analysis (runout, deltas, trend summaries)
• Support monthly reporting consistency / quality control
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Math/Stats, OR Systems Engineering & Data Analytics, or Business Administration
• 6–9 years relevant experience, Substitution: 5 years’ relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree
