Responsibilities for the AV Engineer include:
- Design A/V systems using AutoCAD and Crestron, producing drawings, BOMs, and system architectures.
- Conduct site surveys at Ft. Bragg, troubleshoot systems, and support scoping and costing for A/V projects.
- Test and troubleshoot integrated audio, video, control, and network components.
- Develop test plans and deliver user/admin training for deployed A/V systems.
Qualifications for the AV Engineer include:
- 5+ years of experience
- Engineering/Computer Science degree with progressive systems design experience.
- Skilled in hardware/software integration, A/V/IT systems, AutoCAD, and blueprint interpretation.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including mentoring and working across multidisciplinary teams.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
Compensation for the AV Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 based on years of experience
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, PTO (Paid Time Off), Holidays, Sick leave as required by law
