Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide project management support to the DEVCOM AvMC Prototype Integration Facility (PIF), Project Execution Division
- Advise and assist management, engineers, and staff on appropriate funding types, lead-time management, delivery schedules, and establishment and evaluation of reporting requirements
- Administer multiple Government contracts within an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order environment
- Collaborate closely with the Government Business Team and Government Project Leads to develop acquisition packages in compliance with FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and other DoD-directed policies and procedures
- Prepare Contractor Requirements Packages (CRPs) for Task Orders and Purchase Orders
- Track contract awards and maintain acquisition documentation
- Prepare, review, and evaluate contract modifications and contract closeouts
- Review Statements of Work (SOW), Order Execution Packages (OEPs), technical evaluations, ULO/NULO actions, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), sole-source justifications, and contract closeouts
Required Skills & Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience
- Allowable substitution: A Master's and 0 years; Associate's and 4 years; or High school diploma and 6 years of experience
- Must possess effective interpersonal skills and sound analytical skills
- Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word. Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple actions, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, for tracking, reporting, and document preparation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineers, project leads, and business teams
- Willingness and ability to learn Government contracting systems and tools
