What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and mentor a growing team of BI analysts and engineers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
- Develop and implement a scalable BI roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and drives data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Improve and manage SQL queries and ensure efficient data operations across cloud-based platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between business teams and technical staff to ensure alignment and clarity on initiatives.
- Lead BI projects from start to finish, navigating shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.
- Offer guidance and professional development support to junior team members.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related area.
- 5-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficient in BI tools and cloud data environments, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering growth, and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, paired with the ability to see the big picture.
- Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical data into clear, strategic business insights.
- Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Prior exposure to healthcare data environments is a bonus, but not required.
