Overview:
Agensys is seeking a highly skilled Front-End UI Developer to support a strategic client initiative focused on enhancing a next-generation logistics and transportation management platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a modern user interface, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-time systems in a Linux-based environment using modern C++, JavaScript, and HTML technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance front-end interfaces using C++, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Implement intuitive and responsive UI components aligned with modern UX/UI standards.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless functionality.
• Deploy and manage applications in Linux environments, ensuring robustness and stability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship on best practices and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related bugs and performance issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Write clear, well-documented, and maintainable code to support team transparency and long-term scalability.
• Optional: Leverage Java for back-end or service integration tasks (a plus, but not required).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on front-end engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C++ for UI or system-level programming.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with an eye for responsive and accessible design.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications in a Linux/Unix environment.
• Familiarity with AWS environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mentality.
• Experience with logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
