RPA Developer

Overview:
Agensys is seeking an experienced RPA Developer to support a client-facing digital automation initiative. In this role, you will design and implement robust robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline operations and eliminate manual tasks. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and business-minded, capable of translating real-world workflows into scalable, efficient bots using industry-standard RPA platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and define solution architecture.
• Evaluate, select, and implement RPA tools that align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using a range of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Conduct data extraction and manipulation from websites, databases, and third-party platforms via bots.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Provide documentation and clear guidance on developed bots, including versioning and deployment processes.
• Monitor and maintain existing bots, making enhancements or fixes as needed based on user feedback or system changes.
• Offer technical support and training to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development with a demonstrated portfolio of successful automation projects.
• Hands-on experience in evaluating, selecting, and implementing RPA tools based on business and technical criteria.
• Proficiency with major RPA tools (such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
• Strong understanding of scripting, workflow orchestration, and exception handling in automation.
• Experience in data scraping, parsing, and integrating bots with external systems or APIs.
• Solid understanding of process analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with AWS environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of secure development practices in automation and data handling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise operations is a plus.
