Job Description: Agile5 Technologies is seeking a highly analytical Program & Data Analyst to provide professional support in planning, collecting, interpreting, and visualizing data for a variety of mission-critical projects. This role focuses on translating complex datasets into actionable insights for executive-level audiences through white papers, interactive dashboards, and strategic briefings. The ideal candidate will combine statistical expertise with strong communication skills to identify operational trends and anomalies that support high-level decision-making.
Program & Data Analyst Job Duties:
Experience Requirements: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as a program analyst, data analyst, or business analyst. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to interpret large datasets and synthesize findings for executive audiences. Proficiency with MS Excel is mandatory.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or Higher) required; education in Business, IT-related field, or Criminal Justice fields preferred.
Desired Skills / Qualifications: Strong experience in MS Power BI (or similar visualization tools) and MS PowerPoint is highly desired. Specialized experience with MS Power Apps, Power Automate , and Esri/ArcGIS to support automation and geospatial analysis efforts is a significant plus. Familiarity working in a SAFe Agile environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure both independently and in a supervised team setting are preferred.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.

Program & Data Analyst Job Duties:
- Provide professional support in planning, collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data for analytical projects.
- Perform extensive analysis and research to create case studies, executive reports, and interactive dashboards using MS Power BI and Excel.
- Design and administer data collection instruments, including surveys, to evaluate user experience and gather program feedback.
- Translate complex data into clear, effective communications, including white papers, briefings, newsletters, and presentation materials.
- Manage, track, prioritize, and schedule multiple analytical and research projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
- Apply statistical concepts to recognize patterns in data, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential solutions to operational problems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure reporting meets strategic needs.
