Epsilon C5I (www.epsilonsystems.com/c5i), focused on software development and systems engineering for intelligence and combat systems, is seeking a Network Engineer III in San Diego, CA, with 4-8 years of experience, to join our team supporting secure network environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, particularly within IL6 and IL7 environments. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $120,000 To $160,000 Annually. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, configuration, and maintenance of secure network infrastructures for IL6 and IL7 environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD and IC security standards.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams.
- Support accreditation and continuous monitoring activities for classified networks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Four to eight (4-8) years of experience in network engineering.
- Familiarity with IL6 and IL7 environments.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
- Experience with Cisco or similar network technologies.
- Understanding of RMF and STIG compliance requirements.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Security+ certification (DoD 8570 compliant).
- Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Exposure to cloud networking in secure environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government).
- Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
Pay Range:
