Job Description

As a Security Officer - Aerospace Patrol Full-Time in Red Oak, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense manufacturing location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will check doors, gates, and restricted areas, document observations, respond to requests, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points by checking identification and/or badges, controlling visitor entry, and directing vendors and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting facts, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity summaries, and communicate observations and follow-up items to supervisors and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
