PRISM Inc. is seeking a Principal ServiceNow Systems Administrator to support a critical mission-focused program. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform, delivering technical services that enable our mission partners to accomplish strategic goals. You will perform essential application maintenance, manage incident support, and contribute to software releases through complex configuration and feature development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow applications to ensure platform uptime.
- Perform routine maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and proactive remediation.
- Manage Update Set creation, testing, and migration across environments.
- Schedule, execute, and verify instance clones.
- Lead and participate in ServiceNow upgrade planning, testing, and execution.
- Manage Instance Security, including User/Group access, Roles, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Contribute to enterprise-level ServiceNow releases and feature enhancements.
- Adhere to internal standards, security policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications:
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance (Must be eligible for upgrade to TS/SCI).
- Ability to obtain specialized agency suitability/fitness as required.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional systems administration experience.
- ServiceNow Focus: 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations.
- Core Applications: 4+ years of experience with Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
- Advanced knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Substitution: Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree-level education.
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
- ITIL Foundation v4 Certification (or willingness to complete within one year of hire).
- DoD 8570.1-M Compliance (IAT Level I or higher).
- Experience supporting Intelligence, Defense, or Federal Law Enforcement mission partners.
- Experience with process development, workflow automation, and deployment.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript and Angular JS.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development APIs and Web Service Integration (API Web Services).
- Experience with LDAP Integration and Single Sign-on (SSO) configuration/administration.
- Proficiency with SQL and data management.
- Familiarity with various ServiceNow modules: ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management (HAM/SAM), PPM, Portal/UI, and GRC.
