Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive Digital Engineering Ecosystem to support end-to-end engineering processes.
- Lead the adoption of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital twins, and other advanced technologies.
- Integrate tools, platforms, and data sources to enable seamless collaboration and decision-making.
- Develop and enforce best practices for digital engineering workflows and data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital engineering to continuously enhance the ecosystem.
- Provide training and support to internal teams to maximize the ecosystem's effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- US Citizenship and a secret level security clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5+ years in digital engineering, systems engineering, or a similar role.
- Expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital twin technology, cloud computing, and data integration platforms.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as Cameo, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for engineering environments.
- Certification in systems engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.
