Program Overview

About The Role

Peraton seeks a Platform Developer (KM) to support ARCYBER Data Management and Analytics Support.

Tasks include:
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting enterprise platforms, workflows, and data-driven capabilities.
  • Implement and enhance automated workflows, operational reporting, and platform integrations using a mix of low-code tools and traditional software development.
  • Support platform capabilities related to knowledge management, data governance, and information lifecycle management, including metadata, classification, and retention controls.
  • Develop analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide insight into platform usage, data quality, and operational performance.
  • Integrate platform solutions with data sources, APIs, and backend services using scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python).
  • Produce clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support platform adoption and data literacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, recommend improvements, and evolve platform capabilities over time.
  • Support sustainment and continuous improvement of platform services following initial implementation and stabilization.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience. Will consider HS and 12 years of experience, or Associates and 10 years of experience.
  • Experience as a software engineer or platform developer supporting enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience developing automated workflows, scripts, or integrations.
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, or dashboard development to support operational decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, knowledge management systems, or enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph and MEAD clearance.
  • U.S Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Python for automation, data processing, or system integration.
  • Experience supporting enterprise content management and information lifecycle governance using Microsoft Purview, including classification, labeling, retention, and compliance capabilities across integrated platform services.
  • Experience integrating APIs and backend services to extend platform capabilities.
    Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data services.

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
