MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Interoperability Support Coordinator to join our team in Doral, FL. This position is on-site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Liaison & Synchronicity: Serve as the central point of contact between government technical leads and contractor business managers to ensure mission requirements are translated accurately into actionable business tasks.
- Requirement Validation: Review technical integration plans for interoperability readiness, ensuring they align with both J6 technical standards and contractual milestones.
- Strategic Communication: Translate complex technical hurdles (e.g., latency issues, protocol mismatches) into business-impact summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Tracking: Monitor the progress of technical workstreams to ensure that "on-the-ground" integration efforts remain consistent with the Business Management Plan.
- Conflict Resolution: Identify and mitigate "friction points"; where technical integration needs may clash with contractual constraints or resource availability.
- Documentation Oversight: Facilitate the flow of Interface Control Documents (ICDs), Technical Data Packages, and Status Reports between the lab and the business office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five (5) or more years of experience supporting defense-sector C5I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Collaboration, and Intelligence) or J6 environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent.A bachelor's degree can be substituted for four (4) or more years of military experience in a Communications/Signal corps role or in a similar position.
- Foundational understanding of interoperability standards (e.g., Tactical Data Links, Cross-Domain Solutions, or Joint Architecture standards).
- Exceptional communication skills-the ability to explain technical needs to business staff and contractual limits to engineers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in IT Program Management or related field.
- Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
- Prior experience working within a Joint Staff or COCOM J6 environment.
- Familiarity with the Defense Acquisition System and how technical requirements are documented in the PWS (Performance Work Statement).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, or specialized J6 tracking dashboards.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must hold a current/active Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
