Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical leadership, hands-on
coding expertise, and product ownership to lead the development of an Agentic AI
Metahuman platform deployed in secure, public-sector environments.
This role is ideal for a builder-leader: someone who can manage and mentor a small team of
engineers, drive product vision, and contribute directly to production code across
backend, frontend, and infrastructure. The Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product,
security, and stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and mission-critical AI systems.
Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Hands-On Development
● Lead architecture, design, and implementation of an Agentic AI Metahuman system
● Contribute hands-on code across:
○ Backend: NestJS (TypeScript)
○ Frontend: Next.js (TypeScript), React
○ Infrastructure: Terraform on Google Cloud
● Oversee and evolve agentic workflows and orchestration using n8n
● Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, observability, and performance
, ● Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, quality, and compliance
AI / ML & Agentic Systems
● Design and implement practical AI/ML solutions (LLMs, agents, embeddings, tool
use, RAG, etc.)
● Guide best practices for agent autonomy, reliability, safety, and monitoring
● Collaborate on prompt engineering, agent evaluation, and iterative improvement
● Translate AI capabilities into real-world, production-ready systems
Team Leadership & Execution
● Manage and mentor a small team of developers
● Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retrospectives)
● Assign work, unblock engineers, and ensure steady delivery
● Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Product Ownership & Delivery
● Help define and refine product requirements and technical specifications
● Translate product vision into roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans
● Maintain delivery artifacts such as:
○ Sprint plans and reports
○ Architecture and design documentation
○ Production readiness and post-release reports
● Track progress and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Security, Compliance & Public Sector Readiness
● Ensure systems meet public sector security and compliance requirements
● Contribute to and maintain compliance with:
○ FedRAMP
○ SOC 2
● Partner with security teams on:
○ Identity and access management
○ Data protection and encryption
○ Audit readiness and documentation
● Build systems with security-by-design principles
Required Qualifications
● 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
, ● 2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
● Active CBP Security Clearance
● Strong hands-on experience with:
○ TypeScript
○ NestJS
○ Next.js
● Experience designing and deploying systems on Google Cloud Platform
● Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform
● Proven experience building production AI/ML systems
● Experience with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, or automation platforms (n8n or
similar)
● Strong background in:
○ Agile/Scrum methodologies
○ Requirements creation and backlog management
○ Delivery tracking and milestone management
● Excellent communication and documentation skills
Highly Desired / Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working on public sector or government contracts
● Direct experience with FedRAMP and/or SOC 2 compliance
