You will be the Hardware Design Engineer Senior Staff for the Simulation & System Labs (SSL) F-35 HW Design group which is responsible for developing and integrating Simulation HW Lab environments for F-35 customers.

As the Hardware Design Engineer Senior Staff you will be responsible for designing, procuring, testing, and installing electronic hardware for Man-In-The-Loop and Hardware-In-The-Loop lab applications supporting F-35 and ADP projects.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in STEM discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineer or Computer Engineering preferred)
• Experience with proposals
Desired Skills:
• MS OFFICE, MS VISIO, Experience in Electronics equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience with Electronics design, assembly, and checkout.
• Experience with interpretation/development of Electrical Wiring Diagrams/Schematics and Parts Lists.
• Experience with APTS, BOE and/or ROM
• EVMS basic knowledge and experiences
• Experience with requirements analysis
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

What You Will Be Doing

- Providing technical leadership for system integration lab projects, estimates, BOE's and new proposals.
- Performing systems-requirements analysis and power calculations.
- Designing and documenting electrical wiring, schematics, and 2-D drawings for lab infrastructure.
- Coordinating with vendors, managing procurement, and overseeing HW fabrication and checkout.
- Integrating and troubleshooting lab hardware, including fiber-optic, Ethernet, and bus interfaces.
