Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an RF Engineering Manager to join our team in Littleton, CO! In this highly visible role through the RF Talent Center, the RF Engineering Manager will have the opportunity to help define strategic direction of the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Lead a diverse team of RF Engineers through the design, build, test, and delivery of RF EGSE.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the RF EGSE team, program managers, systems engineers, and external customers/suppliers. Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable RF specifications and ensure timely feedback loops throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify technical, schedule, and supply-chain risks early, populate a risk register, and drive mitigation plans (e.g., redundancy, alternative test paths, supplier qualification). Conduct periodic "risk reviews" that involve both engineering and program finance.
- Champion a disciplined Configuration Management (CM) program for RF EGSE hardware and software, ensuring baseline integrity, traceability, and compliance with EGSE Design standards. Lead internal audits and facilitate external quality-assurance assessments.
- Perform dual roles as the functional leader of a group of direct report RF engineers and as an execution leader for cost, design, and delivery of EGSE to customers.
- Oversee design reviews, ensuring good RF Design practices and common processes are in place for new designs.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.

Basic Qualifications:
- Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
- Electrical Ground Support Equipment experience.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/Poly clearance; US citizenship required
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members, customers, and senior leadership
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, manufacturing, production, or closely related field
- Systems Engineering process knowledge or experience and complete lifecycle experience with Engineering processes and reviews
- Demonstrated Program/Project Management and/or CAM experience executing with agile processes and tools
-Customer interaction and familiarity with the DoD customer expectations and processes- Understanding of development, deployment and sustainment of IT systems, architectures, and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences large or small of varying technical knowledge
- Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Space production operations, manufacturing, and test operations and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic multi-disciplinary environment
-Experience with RF engineering design within the aerospace and defense sector
-Familiarity with related RF hardware (transceivers, antennas, exciters, repeaters, CCA's, PCB's, microelectronics) is desired
-Experience with the EGSE product Lifecyle
-Control Account Management (CAM) training / experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
