You will be the Financial Management SR for the Advanced Program Finance team at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). Our team is responsible for pioneering innovative solutions that keep people safe.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management SR you will be responsible for managing program-finance functions, establishing performance baselines, and delivering accurate cost insight to senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Performance Measurement Baselines and analyze actual costs.

  • Develop Estimate at Complete (EAC) reports and conduct Earned Value analysis.

  • Perform cost allocation, cost-control analyses, and corrective-action planning.

  • Prepare contractual deliverables, quarterly contract status reports, and long-range financial plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and timely reporting.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - BS Degree
Desired Skills:
-Cobra / earned value experience - Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process (Oracle)
- Experience with Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR) formats
- Experience with SAP / MRP systems
- BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
