MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SAP and accounting processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform reviews of staff work and provide constructive feedback
• Experience working in finance
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Experience in or coordinating with F&BO
• Overhead Cost Management, financial analysis and manpower planning experience
• Month-end close, consolidation, or demonstrated leadership abilities
• Demonstrated presentation skills to all levels of leadership
• APEX / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in Data Analytics tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Develop, compile, forecast, and review budgets and manpower using actual performance, prior budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense data to maintain fiscal discipline.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Completion updates for leadership conversations.
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems and functional areas to produce consolidated financial analysis and recommendations.
- Allocate costs according to established procedures and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
