We are currently seeking a SharePoint/Power Platform Developer, Journeyman to support our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland location.
Functional Description:
Journeyman level SharePoint/Power Platform Developer responsible for d eveloping and implementing sets of techniques and/or analytics applications to transform data into meaningful information using Power Platform visualization software. Candidate will be r esponsible for configuring and customizing DoD FlankSpeed (FS) SharePoint Online (SPO) systems according to NAVAIR specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff.
Duties:
Required Education: A Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions is required.
Allowable substitution:
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
OR
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Required Experience:
Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience.
Desired Experience:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $110,323.71-165,485.57 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.

- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Online and MS Office software; must be proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and improve operational efficiency creating clean, scalable SharePoint websites that meet all NAVAIR design and functionality requirements while maintaining all programmatic documentation/information using a metadata structure.
- Candidate will apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. May create dynamic data reports.
- Responsible for ensuring smooth transition to SPO from ShareDrive utilizing metadata back end infrastructure.
- M aintain and manage operations of all collaborative environments while protecting valuable data and information using creative thinking skills to solve problems and collaborating with others.
