Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for Program Manager . This position will be located in Glynco, GA and will be onsite with flexible telework options .
This role is part of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers' (FLETC) Information Technology (IT) Delivery and Operations Support Services (DOSS) program providing the full range of IT services that support FLETC's mission. This work is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall contract management and coordination.
• Develop documents for risk and opportunity management.
• Develop and apply technical processes and technical management processes.
• Manage performance-based service agreements.
• Develop and manage projects within assigned budgets.
• Write business cases.
• Lead strategic planning.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree with a major in engineering, system management, business administration, and/or related field and 5 - 8 years of experience.
• At least seven years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Experience developing documents for risk and opportunity management.
• Experience developing and applying technical processes and technical management processes.
• Experience managing performance-based service agreements.
• Experience developing and managing projects within assigned budgets.
• Experience writing business cases.
• Experience in strategic planning.
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must pass a Federal Law Enforcement Background Investigation
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with DHS and/or FLETC
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• No security clearance required; Secret Clearance Preferred

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
