As a System Support Representative your duties may include, but are not limited to:

Torch Technologies is seeking a System Support Representative at Eglin AFB, FL to support the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron.
As a System Support Representative your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with these specific projects with a look toward flight operations of these platforms
- Perform system administration and technical management of Windows workstations and servers to include configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems used solely for testing activities by the mission planning division.
- Maintain the computer lab, storage safes, software, and diagram drawings in accordance with government regulations and direction from management personnel.
- Maintain documentation of Mission Planning Equipment Inventory, End of Life cycle, Forms 701, 702, 1297, DLP whitelist waivers and Tempest Diagram.
- Perform LAN maintenance and troubleshooting within the mission planning test laboratories as required for operational testing activities. The test time complexity runs from system administrator setup to detailed discrepancy analysis. 80% require detailed software validation/analysis and 20% of the work effort requires complex technical document preparation.
- Requires travel of approximately 200-man days per year performance period to various test locations at government direction.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of OT Mission Planning experience
- Experience with knowledge of SSR protocols who can advise the 28th Test & Evaluation Squadron (28 TES) on current and emerging mission planning installation procedures that will affect the testing of USAF, mission planning systems.
- Meet the requirements for and maintain an IAT or IAM Level II certification by possessing at least one of the following:
- CEH
- CFR
- Cloud+
- GSEC
- PenTest+
- Security+
- SSCP
- Must have and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity and experience installing/working with Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS) and/or Portable Flight Planning System (PFPS) software.
