EnProVera Corporation seeks a Forfeiture Financial Investigator to support the Eastern District of New York (EDNY) Criminal Division. The Forfeiture Financial Investigator will provide support, advice, and guidance to the AUSAs prosecuting an expanding mail and wire fraud case load. The support is critical to validating evidentiary case work and providing accurate and important information to AUSAs that assist in criminal cases.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provides essential work for mail and wire fraud investigations.
- Updates and provides important advice and assistance to assigned prosecutors and Special Agents.
- Acts as liaison and/or official representative with law enforcement partners and members of the Intelligence Community.
- Reviews and analyzes highly voluminous, complex electronic and highly technical data collected pursuant to subpoenas, search warrants and other legal processes.
- Assists in the coordination of important investigations regarding suspected violations of federal law.
- Prepares for execution important court orders for presentation to court proceedings.
- Travels to support important investigations and agency relationships.
- Assists in securing evidence and identifying witnesses.
- Reviews, organizes, and disseminates evidence to prosecutors in various platforms to include Excel, Access, and Relativity.
- Assists and directs compilation of documents, electronic evidence, and physical evidence, and creation of charts, graphs, videotapes, and other audio-visual materials for use in motion and at trial.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least five years of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level, or an equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal Government. Specialized experience is defined as experience having used a wide range of investigative methods to uncover criminal violations, including the use of the legal process, such as grand jury subpoenas, search warrants, and working closely with other agencies.
