EnProVera is seeking a Program Business Process Specialist to manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, logistics, and records are accurately maintained. This role collaborates with FBI field offices and headquarters entities to support operational activities, internal training, meetings, and staffing logistics.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to include the planning, coordination, and execution phases.
  • Oversee logistics by tracking and implementing an execution timeline of ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with field offices and other headquarters divisions/entities on project logistics.
  • Maintain official records on project logistics.
  • Oversee FBI tasks, internal training requirements, internal meetings, and staffing logistics.
  • Create and maintain a transparent unit tracker for projects.
  • Create and Update SOPs for all necessary programs
  • Identify/create/implement changes to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Assist with a cross-section of deliverables and taskings as determined by management.
  • Conduct effective briefings and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
  • Draft professional, polished, and effective written messaging to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee DSAC portal managing access requests, facilitating approvals, posting content, and troubleshooting user issues.
  • Manage Membership Operating Agreement, collecting and maintaining data.
  • Ensure resources for private sector coordinators are maintained and accessible (SharePoint).
  • Lead for Power Bl

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Experience working in collaborative sessions.
  • Proven experience with Business Process Re-engineering activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve access to information, and eliminate process waste to improve organizational productivity and decision making.
  • Focuses on the analysis and when needed to re-design/refinement of workflows and processes within an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to help organizations fundamentally rethink how they do their work to improve customer service and cut operational costs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SharePoint and Power Bl preferred.

FLSA Class: Exempt

  • Physical ability to stoop, kneel, bend, use a computer and perform light lifting of 11-25 pounds.
