FWI is building a team to provide video support services including maintenance, installation, integration, and programming of Audio Visual and Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) systems, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and Digital Signage across the Defense Logistics Agency Enterprise. As a VTC Lead, you will provide technical requirements solutions for AV/VTC/DS/IPTV products, collaborating with vendors and Government personnel to support troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of system components.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate solutions on technical matters
- Define and develop new and improved business process solutions
- Provide expert analysis and advice on IT solutions
- Carry out feasibility studies and/or gap analysis
- Conduct business process reengineering
- Forecast based on industry best practices
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of relevant experience working with Crestron, Cisco, Biamp/AMX, Extron, and dual classification video conferencing solutions
- One of the following AV certifications is required:
- AMX Technician (Networked AV) Certification
- Completed Crestron CTI Technician Track Certification
- AVIXA CTS Certification
- Top Secret level security clearance is required
