Program Overview
Improves sustainment efforts for new enhancements and capabilities while maintaining operational applications and their authority to operate. Program supports research, development, testing, and evaluation based on customer requirements and agile processes, while assisting with intelligence missions and global integration efforts.
About The Role
Works as a consulting team member or an individual consultant providing objective advice, expertise, and specialized skills in, but not limited to, supporting projects related to the individual's subject matter expertise.
These senior employees are considered experts in a functional domain (Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Collection Operations Management (COM), Collection Requirements Management (CRM), Source Operations Management (SOM) with a number of years of experience.
SMEs prepare and deliver presentations to colleagues and government representatives. Assures the proper use of current or requested programming, testing, and documentation techniques. Produces and/or reviews documentation and reports reflecting knowledge of areas as identified in the statement of work.
Generally, employees assigned to this job are very senior level individual contributors but may have supervisory responsibilities.
Duties:
• Serve as a recognized HUMINT expert, providing objective advice, analysis, research, and guidance on exceptionally complex operational and technical problems
• Act as a functional consultant supporting one or more projects aligned to HUMINT, and occasionally Counterintelligence (CI)
• Provide expert support for customer-facing technical issue resolution, training, and end-user guidance
• Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations to colleagues and government representatives
• Produce, review, and validate documentation and reports in accordance with the statement of work
• Develop and promote best practices for the effective use of HUMINT tools and processes
• Coordinate closely with contract management and Government personnel to ensure requirements are clearly defined and solutions meet mission needs
• Operate primarily as a senior individual contributor, with potential limited lead or supervisory responsibilities as required

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Qualifications
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a field applicable to the position with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Active TS/SCI or SCI eligibility and active polygraph or ability to obtain a polygraph
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Human Intelligence (HUMINT) experience
- Extensive experience using HUMINT tools, including CHROME and Core Discovery
- Proven experience providing direct support to end users, with strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop standards, processes, and user guides to improve response times and enable effective user training
Desired skills and experience:
- Counterintelligence (CI) experience
- Eight years or more supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)
